Air Cooled Heat Exchanger

Perfex Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers are constructed using fin tubes.

Tube Material: Carbon Steel, SS304 / SS316 tubes

Fin Material: Aluminium Fins

Perfex Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers are normally used in application that requires:

  • Operating pressure more than 38 PSI
  • Tube material to be stainless steel

Example: Power Plant that uses MTU 20V8000M91 Engine requires operating pressure to be 50 PSI. Offshore cooler which called for SS316 tubes. Corrosive liquid cooling which called for SS316 tubes.

The Air Cooler is designed in accordance with ASME SECTION VIII DIV I.
